How To Reach Redwing Book
Company
You can order online, by mail,
telephone, or fax. We're happy to take your telephone order during our regular
business hours, 9 AM to 5 PM weekdays Mountain time. Our toll-free line (800)
873-3946 is accessible in the U.S. only. Canadian customers can call toll free: (888) 873-3947. When calling from other locations please use our regular telephone line (505) 758-7758. Orders received by 3:00 PM Mountain
time are usually shipped the following business day.
Since it may not be convenient to your schedule to call during our regular
business hours, you can call our answering machine at any time and leave your order
or your message, along with your name, address, and telephone number where you can
be reached during business hours. If you decide to leave your order on our answering
machine, please be sure to tell us how you would like your order shipped, and the
method of payment preferred.
If you would like to place your order by fax, please be sure to include your
voice telephone number and fax telephone number, so we can reply promptly if
necessary. Our fax number is (505) 758-7768.
Payment
Payment may be made in any of the
following ways:
- By sending check or money order in U.S. currency drawn on a
U.S. bank.
- By providing a Master Card / Visa number and expiration date. (Your
card is charged only for books sent.)
- By established credit agreement.
We do our best to keep everything in stock, but many books are hard-to-find
imports and reprints, and it's difficult for us to predict their availability. Most
customers want their books back-ordered and sent later. If you need a book by a
certain time, or need to know whether it's in stock, please let us know at the time
of your order.
Please note also that if the price of a book increases, we pay extra for it
and must bill you the difference.
Delivery
We want to make sure that you receive your
order in a timely fashion, without unnecessary delays or problems. This means we
need to be sure we have your correct street address, including zip code (unless your
delivery is made to a post office box, via the USPS postal service).
If a particular
book doesn't arrive with the shipment, please check the packing list: the book title
should appear with a code telling why it wasn't sent. For example, "TOS" means the
book is "temporarily out of stock," and should be sent in a few weeks; "RPT" means
that the books is being "reprinted," and there may be a longer wait, perhaps with a
price increase.
If your receive an item damaged by the carrier, please save the box and packing
material, and notify us at once. We will provide you with additional information for
return or replacement.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you find that a book is not suitable,
or if you make a mistake in ordering, you may return it within a reasonable period
of time, for a full refund or credit for the cost of the book. All returns should
include your name, address, and telephone number, a copy of the packing list or the
invoice, and should be sent to our 202 Bendix Drive, Taos NM 87571 address. Please call for confirmation
of the return address. Please pack your returns carefully, credit can be given only
for books received in new condition.
Multimedia products such as CD-ROMS, video and audio tapes are not
returnable once opened. Publishers of these products are reasonably
concerned about illegal copying and illegal copying is one of the primary
reasons that fewer of these useful items are not produced. We fully
support multimedia publishers copyrights. Do not order multimedia
products on speculation, once they are opened they may not be returned.
