This series of 12 forms was developed by Master C.K. Chu through a lifetime of practicing and teaching tai chi.
Though easier and simpler than the tai chi form, Eternal Spring is highly effective, enabling the individual to be self-reliant in the cultivation of chi. It is accessible to people of all ages, body types, and fitness levels, will improve strength and overall health, properly align the body, increase the range of motion, and strengthen the knees and lower back in particular. It is gentle, does not require any rigorous physical activity, equipment, or large space, is easy to remember and easy to practice alone, and fits into any work schedule.
Volume One focuses on principles and practice, demonstration of the 12 forms, and beginner level instruction. Volume Two includes instruction and demonstration for the intermediate level and the advanced level of practice.
