Master teacher Ramel Rones gently guides you through the morning with powerful basic exercises and a simple sequence designed to awaken the senses, stimulate the mind, and fill your body and spirit with abundant energy. Filmed outdoors at the famed Arnold Arboretum, the sequence is performed on both the left and right side for balance. Sunrise Tai Chi was created as a comprehensive introduction to a lifetime of practice. It includes suggestions for intermediate and advanced students, to help you grow and improve over time. These postures and sequences will help you revitalize your health and well being through deep relaxation, breath, meditation, stretching, and strengthening techniques. Rones has applied core principles of Tai Chi, Qigong, and Yoga together with mind/body science to help you tap into the abundant universal energy. There are 20, 40 or 60 minute workout choices included in the 4 hours of film time.
