What you should know about returning books.
Here are some important guidelines you need to know if you determine that you must return an item to Redwing.
If you receive an item that does not suit your needs:
Please call us first, so we can note your account and know to expect your return. Our phone # is 800 873 3946.
Please remember that we must receive the merchandise in new condition. Avoid using newspaper or any other materials that would rub off on the book. Pack securely, preferably in the same box in which the book arrived.
Please enclose a copy of your invoice or packing list with the return.
Once opened, multimedia items (DVDs, CDs, software) cannot be returned.
Regrettably, we must ask that returns be authorized and received within 60 days of the invoice date.
Credit will be issued according to the manner of payment upon receipt of merchandise.
If you receive an item that is damaged:
Contact Redwing immediately (within 7 days of receipt of your parcel) if you receive damaged merchandise due to carrier mishandling. Save the original carton, all packing materials, and damaged items for inspection. This allows us to get a claim and a replacement shipment underway as quickly as possible.
If you receive an item that is defective:
Please contact us immediately (within 7 days of receipt of your parcel) so we can attend to the problem and get a replacement to you right away.
Please be careful to follow the instructions for any media product before returning it as defective. We determine that a media item is defective by using it according to the installation or operation instructions. If it works for us, it is not defective.
